Fall 2026 Girls U15 Program

Fall 2026 Girls U15 Program

Everything you need to know before you register your U15 Girls player — what a season actually looks like, what it costs, and exactly how registration works.

Who This Is For

Intensity Hoops isn't a house league and it isn't a rec team. We work with players who want to become high school varsity starters, chase a college scholarship, and are looking for a club built around real development and the best competition we can find — not just a jersey and a Saturday game.

You'll be pushed to your limits, and you'll be coached honestly. Safely. That's not a contradiction — it's the standard.

Program Snapshot

  • Age Group: U15 Girls
  • Season: Fall 2026 (September 9 – November 15)
  • Teams: 2 teams (up to 20 players).

Also registering this fall: U17 Girls.

The Track Record

We have an unparalleled track record: 25+ alumni have received scholarships to the US, with over 70% of our players earning scholarships in total — including players who barely saw the floor in 8th and 9th grade. That's not an accident. It's what happens when development comes first and the wins follow.

Season Dates

September 9 – November 15, 2026. This is our only season running right now — Spring 2027 is planned, but Fall 2026 is the one you can register for today.

Training

Training runs at least twice a week, 1 hour 45 minutes per session, coached hard and coached honestly.

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:30–7:15 PM, in Surrey/Langley (subject to change). Exact gym location and the full schedule will be shared September 5, 2026.

Coaching

Every team has 1–2 coaches who are there for every training session — never a coach who only shows up for games. Barring the unexpected, it's the same coach for the same team all season. Consistency in coaching isn't a nice-to-have here, it's part of how we develop players.

Director/Head Coach: Frank Konig.

Development

Beyond team training, development includes in-gym skill sessions and strength & conditioning. Access to our training lab begins in the Spring.

Roster & Playing Time

Rosters are capped at 10 players per team — realistically closer to 9. Every player gets real playing time, guaranteed: a minimum of 40% of total game minutes across the season, on aggregate. In a 32-minute game, that works out to real minutes every single game — not garbage time in a blowout. It won't be an even 40% every single game (one game might be 20 minutes, the next 8), but averaged across a season of roughly 20 games, every player is on the floor for their share.

Tournaments

We travel to find the best competition, not the closest. Fall 2026 tournaments are across the Pacific Northwest — 4 to 5 tournaments over the season:

  • September 26–27 — Tournament
  • October 3–4 — Tournament
  • October 17–18 — Tournament
  • October 24–25 — Tournament
  • November 7–8 — Tournament (potential)

Dates are confirmed where noted; the November tournament is tentative and subject to final scheduling.

Cross-Border Travel

US tournaments mean crossing the border. Every player needs a valid passport and a signed travel-consent letter if they aren't traveling with both legal guardians. We've done this before and we'll do it again — full detail is in our Club Team Travel Policy. Families are responsible for their own travel costs to U.S. tournaments, which is why travel is priced separately from the season fee. Expect $200–$250 per tournament at minimum — roughly $800–$1,250 across the season — but our travel planning is unmatched.

Cost

$1,620 for the Fall season. That covers all training, your uniform, and tournament entry fees. Travel costs are not included, but are kept to a minimum to ensure the best return on your investment. All players receive detailed itineraries and information by email upon fee payment/selection.

How Registration Works

There are two ways in:

  • Reserve your spot — $620 deposit. Registering and paying the deposit guarantees a roster spot — no evaluation, no cuts. Change your mind? It's 100% refundable until September 7, 2026. The remaining balance is due in two installments: $500 by September 30, 2026, and $500 by October 31, 2026.
  • Try it first — $50 Open Training Session. Come to the Open Training Session on September 9 before committing. This is a paid session (extra), not a reserved spot — deposit registrations fill the roster first, and any remaining spots are offered to session attendees based on fit. If you're fairly confident this is the right fit, reserving your spot first is the safer, guaranteed path.

To be clear: if you pay the deposit, you're on the team — full stop, no evaluation involved. The Open Training Session is the one place evaluation happens, and only for spots left after deposit registrations fill.

Once you register, full program details — schedule, location, and everything else — follow directly.
